Acceptance of Terms

By using headtrust.org or participating in our services including donations and volunteering, you agree to these terms governed by the Indian Trusts Act and Tamil Nadu laws.

headtrust.org பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் இந்திய அறக்கட்டளை சட்டம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு சட்டங்களுக்கு உட்பட்ட விதிமுறைகளை ஏற்கிறீர்கள்.

Donations

All donations are irrevocable. Tax receipts under Section 80G will be issued if eligible. Donations are used solely for stated programs.

அனைத்து நன்கொடைகளும் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது. 80G சான்றிதழ் தகுதியானவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.

User Conduct

Users must not engage in illegal activities, spam, or misuse of intellectual property including our logo and content.

பயனர்கள் சட்டவிரோத செயல்களில் ஈடுபடக்கூடாது மற்றும் எங்கள் லோகோ/உள்ளடக்கத்தை தவறாக பயன்படுத்தக்கூடாது.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as-is". HEAD Trust is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

சேவைகள் "as-is" அடிப்படையில் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. மறைமுக சேதங்களுக்கு HEAD Trust பொறுப்பல்ல.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.

எல்லா வழக்குகளும் சென்னை நீதிமன்றங்களின் கீழ் தீர்க்கப்படும்.
